Tyler's Test Issue Log

Date: 11/12/25 - Time: 07:10 - Issue: Charged car battery overnight last night, first time having issues after 7 straight days of all pass.  2 warnings, then pass immediately after.  Reported it to PO he said no issues.  - (42.9, -86.2)

Date: 11/13/25 - Time: 07:05 - Issue: Again had more issues this morning since charging the battery, notified PO again today.  With a Violate (low level) and approx. 8 Warnings today before finally getting a Pass, followed immediately again by a warning.  PO and asked me to call Smart Start and to ask to swap out the BAICC.  Spoke with Smart Start and had a new unit installed at 1pm.  4 more warnings on the way to the installation.   Smart start determined that my car battery voltage was too high (14.3V) for the older BAIIC model.  Swapped out with a new model.  Immediately 6 straight passes following that from 1-1:30pm. Have included Pee Testing results taken on 11/3 at approx. 1:30 and also note from PO addressing this issue.  - (42.9, -86.2)

Date: 05/28 - Time: 12:57 - Issue: Food in car - pork. Warning. Retest no issue. 6 tests all pass within 30 min of issue - (42.9, -86.2)
Dates:  5/28 - 6/10 - Time: 12:57 - Issue:  Continually getting more issues with "Try Again.  Was 1 out of 4 times, then 1 out of 3, then 1 out of 2, then every other time.
Date: 06/10 - Time: 09:07 - Issue: Been getting Try Again one out of every two times for the past week. Yesterday it had please retry three times in a row while driving which I did, then it locked the device. Contacted my PO contacted Smart Start they logged the issue went in this morning to have it replaced, it has been replaced and appears to be working. - (42.9, -86.2)
